Abstract
This project develops a smart digital notice board system for educational institutions, integrating the Internet of Things (IoT) with an audio alert system. The system aims to improve communication efficiency by replacing traditional notice boards with a dynamic, digitally updated platform accessible remotely. The project utilizes an IoT network to transmit and display information on a digital screen, incorporating an audio alert for urgent announcements. The implemented system significantly enhances information dissemination and accessibility, reducing reliance on outdated physical notice boards and improving communication efficiency within the educational environment. This leads to increased awareness of important announcements and events, ultimately benefiting students, faculty, and staff.
