This project aims to develop an efficient blood donation management system for institutions, addressing the limitations of current manual and fragmented systems. The system will streamline the donor registration, blood collection, inventory management, and distribution processes. The system will incorporate features such as donor eligibility checks, appointment scheduling, and real-time inventory tracking, improving blood availability and reducing wastage. The proposed system is expected to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of blood donation drives within institutions, leading to a more reliable and responsive blood supply chain. The project successfully developed a user-friendly, secure, and scalable web application that fulfills the stated objectives.

Introduction

Blood shortages remain a critical global health challenge, impacting patient care and treatment outcomes.
