This research proposes a novel scheme for secure and dynamic multi-keyword ranked search over encrypted data stored in the cloud. The primary objective is to enable users to search for multiple keywords within their encrypted data while preserving data confidentiality and achieving accurate ranking based on relevance. The scheme utilizes advanced cryptographic techniques to ensure data security and a dynamic indexing mechanism to efficiently handle updates. The results demonstrate a significant improvement in search performance and security compared to existing methods, offering a practical solution for secure data management in cloud environments.
The increasing reliance on cloud storage necessitates robust mechanisms for secure data management. However, outsourcing sensitive data to a potentially untrusted cloud provider raises significant privacy concerns. Current keyword search methods often compromise either security (by requiring decryption on the cloud) or efficiency (by requiring extensive data transfers). This research addresses these challenges by developing a secure and efficient multi-keyword ranked search scheme that allows users to search encrypted data without revealing the search keywords or the data content to the cloud server. The main gap is the lack of schemes that simultaneously offer secure multi-keyword search, ranked results, and efficient handling of dynamic data updates.
