This research proposes a novel system for secure and efficient conjunctive keyword search in e-health cloud environments. The system utilizes a designated tester mechanism and a timing-enabled proxy re-encryption function to ensure data confidentiality and integrity while allowing authorized personnel to perform searches. We address the challenges of balancing privacy, security, and efficiency in accessing sensitive patient data. Our results demonstrate improved performance and enhanced security compared to existing methods, paving the way for more secure and efficient data management in e-health platforms.
E-health platforms increasingly rely on cloud storage for patient data. However, securing sensitive medical information while maintaining data accessibility for authorized personnel presents significant challenges. Current solutions often compromise between privacy and efficiency. Traditional encryption schemes hinder efficient keyword searches, while existing searchable encryption techniques suffer from vulnerabilities or scalability issues. This research addresses this gap by developing a system that enables secure conjunctive keyword searches while maintaining data confidentiality and preventing unauthorized access.
